By playing NovaCatch you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please stop using the game and delete your account.

Google AdMob may collect your Advertising ID to show personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for any purpose other than those listed above.

🕐 Data Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all personally identifiable data — including your email, username, game progress, and coins — is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Anonymised, aggregated statistics (e.g. total number of players who completed a level) may be retained indefinitely as they cannot identify you.

Under GDPR and applicable law you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
Rectification — correct inaccurate data
Erasure — delete your account and all associated data
Restriction — limit how we process your data
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Object — opt out of specific uses such as personalised advertising

To delete your account: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the NovaCatch app, or contact us at the email below. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

👦 Children's Privacy

NovaCatch is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

📝 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of NovaCatch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
